* We have implemented specific **Hard Delays** for selected skills to promote **fair, skill-based gameplay** and prevent excessive skill spamming.
* This system works alongside our **Anti-NDL (No Delay)** feature, further reinforcing our commitment to **skill-based competition**.
* Hard Delays may vary between skills depending on their impact, usage, and overall balance.
* As the server progresses, certain Hard Delays may be **adjusted or reworked** as part of our **Meta Changer** updates.
* These changes are intended to keep the PvP and competitive environment fresh while maintaining a healthy balance between different builds and classes.
