# Server Rules

## <mark style="color:$primary;">Respect the Community</mark>

* Treat all players with respect. Personal attacks, harassment, hate speech, sharing personal photos, or excessive trash talking are strictly prohibited. Players who won't listed to warnings, will be Timed-out then Banned if necessary.
* Treat all GMs and staff members with respect. In any case that our GMs show disrespect, I will also give them the rightful punishments.
* Advertising other servers, communities, or services, as well as trolling is strictly prohibited.

## <mark style="color:$primary;">Play Fair</mark>

* The use of bots, macros, or cheats that provides an unfair advantage, abusing it on Gold Room, Token Quest, MVP Hunting, and PVP/WOE Events is strictly prohibited and bannable.
* Please report any suspicious activities and provide a video proof for us to further investigate.
* We won't tolerate any misconduct here even if you are a pioneer player, GM of any guild, or even Donator.
* 4r Tool is allowed and provided. This help players to enjoy the game fairly.

## <mark style="color:$warning;">Report Bugs & Exploits</mark>

* Any bugs or exploits must be reported immediately. Not reporting these are bannable.
* We also do our testing thoroughly but a bug or exploit is still a possibility. So please help maintain a good-running community.

## <mark style="color:$success;">Player-Safe RMT</mark>

* RMT or Real-Money-Trading is allowed here in our server. Provided that you follow the rules:
* **Only ZENY and CREDITS** are allowed for RMT transactions. Any other items in-game are strictly not allowed.
* All RMT transactions are to be conducted by a **GM Team as Midman**. This ensures that all transactions are SAFE and LOGGED on the "Successful Transactions" so there won't be any suspicious activity here in our server.
* A **5% Midman Fee** is deducted to SELLER by default. But both parties can agree on how they want to split the charges.
* A **Maximum of Php 200** is allowed for MM Fee. Meaning, transactions **above Php 4,000** would still only have Php 200 as midman fee.
* ALL Midman Fees collected goes directly to our **GM Staff Compensation** and both Admin & Developer will not take any part of it.

## <mark style="color:$success;">Play 2 Earn Mechanics</mark>

* A player can request cash-out of his G-Cash Vouchers 24/7 to any GM Staff.
* A player can also use his G-Cash Vouchers as form of donation. If you opted to donate it, you will receive Additional +20% of its value.
* Buying and Selling of G-Cash Vouchers is strictly prohibited and considered as ILLEGAL RMT.

* Please report any RMT transactions that are violating the rules mentioned above.
* All valid reporters will have the items being reported for FREE.
* Please help us also to maintain the server integrity.

## <mark style="color:$danger;">Account Security</mark>

* Players are responsible for the security of their own accounts. The staff is not responsible for any losses.
* All players are encouraged not to use any password or security code from your previous servers.
* Please report any potential scammers so we can also ban them in our community.

## <mark style="color:$danger;">Rules Enforcement</mark>

* Violations may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans depending on the severity of the offense. The Admin reserves the right to take appropriate action to maintain a fair and healthy community.
* All these rules mentioned above can be changed or amended by the Admin if deem necessary.
* The Admin's decisions are final. But of course, I will always consider the "Common-Good" of our community.
