**Light RO** is a **progressive server** designed around long-term gameplay, meaningful progression, and meta-changing phases as new updates are introduced.

Our focus is on **Farming + Activity**, with careful balancing across all aspects of the server.

### ⚡ Skill Spamming

Light RO uses a customized **DEX + AGI-based skill system** designed to support fast-paced gameplay while maintaining server balance.

#### Instant Cast

* **150 DEX** is required for **Instant Cast**.

#### Skill Spam

* Skill spam is **AGI-based**.
* A total of **100 AGI = 100% Skill-Delay Reduction**.

#### Skill Delay Notes

Skill delays can still be affected by:

* 🎵 **Bragi**
* 🃏 **Kiel Card**

However, Light RO uses **customized Hard Delays** for selected skills to maintain gameplay balance.

> **The goal is to allow fast and responsive gameplay without allowing unlimited skill spam.**

* 🛡️ These measures are implemented to protect the economy and prevent unfair advantages caused by automated farming.
